• route description:
- right few minutes walk after Chisopani is a checkpoint of the National Park Shivapuri
- you will be shaved of 250 rupees
- from the checkpoint return back perhaps 30 meters
- and follow the wide, to the right and down the hill leading way
- after descending for a few minutes, take the paved path on the left and start walking up the hill
- you will reach a small shelter standing at approx. 2300m
- from the shelter the path climbs up for a while yet and follows a flat section over few meadows
- one reaches a second shelter and begins last short ascent to Borlang Bhanjyang saddle (2470m)
- follows a long descent thru forrest (erosion almost turned the path into a tunel here) to village Mulkharka (1785m)
- walk thru this dirty village is long, moreover somebody build concrete steps here (which is not good for your knees)
- the last section leads from a small water reservoir along large water pipes down to Sundarijal (1460m)
- it's the final point of whole trek
- the bus from Sundarijal to Kathmandu costs 30 rupees and the ride takes around an hour
